Gakkai

Today I want to talk about the impression about Gakkai which held in Hiroshima University on last Sunday and visiting in HPEC.
Firstly, I would like to thank sensei for encouraging me very much.
His advice and thinking are very logical and creative.

The presenting my paper in gakkai was not easy task for me.
Before the my turn, I felt very nervious.
But exactly the beginning of my presentation I did not feel that much nervious.
Perhaps, because of not many audiences.
Anyway, it was a big opportunity for me to present in such gakkai.

Next impression is about visiting the HPEC in Hachihonmatsu.
I am really impressed the teachers' in-service training system of Japan.
Although there are some factors which influence the teachers' development, I would like to say, Japanese teachers should be good for professional development.
They have big chance to develop themselves by so much support provided by Japanese Government.
May be some of them would say reasons which influence to improve their quality. Nevertheless, at least, they have an opportunity to attend the compulsory training in the HPEC.
Perhaps, I observed the HPEC by "big eyes".
But, I think, it is a good chance for teachers to build the foundation of their career.

梅雨入り

６月も中旬になってやっと広島も梅雨入り。
雨が降り始めました。
と思ったらやみました。

仕事や研究って不思議なもので、その日の天気によって、能率がかなり違います。
天気というか、気分に左右されるんでしょうね。
快晴の日は、さあやるぞ！！って気になりますよねえ？？
天気が良すぎると、研究室に閉じこもっているのがもったいなくって、外に飛び出していきたくてたまらなくなりますが・・・。

そして、今日は気分がのらないので、全然やる気が起こりません。
だから全くはかどらない！
困ったもんだ。。。

どんな時も、良い気分で仕事ができる方法ってないのかなあ？？
