Nigerian Food by Fati mama

When I was about to go out for lunch today,
Fati mama asked me to have lunch together.

Mark san joined as well.

She put some powder in a container and added some water in it,
then mixed it well.

After mixing it for a while, it became like big nshima,
but the colour was different.

The food was called 'Pounded yam with bitter leaf'.

Everything came fromNigeria, wow!

Bitter leaf was cooked with some beef and it was not as
bitter as the name itself.

This lunch reminded me of those days I spent with my friends
when I used to eat so much big nshima in Zambia.

After eating, Mark san looked so satisfied because
he eats quite the same food as the one we had.
