馬場研究室新メンバー紹介２

M1の酒寄です。馬場研究室ではこの秋学期から新しく2名の学生を迎えました。先日のトンさんに引き続き、今日は博士課程後期に入られました、公立高校で教壇に立たれていた方をご紹介致します。

1      What's your name?

名前は　中西　隆（なかにし　たかし）　と申します。

2      What did you do before come to Baba lab?

　滋賀県で公立高校の教員をしていました。最後の10年ほどは特別支援の学校にいました。この春、定年退職し、京都橘大学の非常勤講師を今年度いっぱいする予定です。

3      What is your academic interest and/or research topic?

　研究テーマは「高校教育における数学的文化化」です。20年前にBishop著「数学的文化化化」をもとに、修士論文「数学教育における文化人類学的アプローチの意義」（滋賀大学）を書きました。その後、いろいろな教育実践をしてきましたので、それらを総合できたらと考えています。

4      Free comment (resolution, goal) please

　皆さんの世界を股にかけた行動力には驚かされます。私の息子も東南アジアやフィリピンに2か月から5か月出かけますし、娘の夫も台湾や中国によく出張します。国際協力に年齢は関係ありません。私も英語力をつけて、世界に出ていけたらと思っています。

中西さん、ご指導よろしくお願い致します。

Introduction of new member in Baba lab

Now we are in 2nd semester. We sent off Mr. Muwanza and got new students. Today, I would like to introduce a Master's program student who comes from Cambodia. When I tried questionaire, he readily replied.
 

1      What's your name?

LY TONG

2      What did you do before come to Baba lab?

     Before getting to Baba lab, I only received the orientation program from JICE staff at Osaka city as well as looking for apartment in Hiroshima city.
 

3      What is your academic interest and/or research topic?

     Tentatively, the topic is “Learning Difficulties on Function Concepts of Cambodian Senior High School Mathematics” 

4      Free comment (resolution, goal) please

     For a time being, I’m focusing a lot on my research topic and I hope that from the finding of this research, it will better improve the learning and teaching of mathematics in my country, Cambodia.

Bangladesh Newsletter vol.4 “Hartal”

It has 1 month when I come to Bangladesh.

I heard Japan is getting cold while here is getting hot in a sense.

After Eid holidays (festival for Islam), political opposition parties alliance calls 60 hours nationwide shutdown (Hartal) twice. During that time, Japanese people have to stay in own accommodation. Collision, setting some vehicles on fire firebombs and grenades. According to internet news, the government’s account says at least 20 people were killed in violence. After that kind of activities, everybody knows we can’t find a good solution.

 

As a proverb goes “What comes around goes around”, we have to consider own behave again. I would like to offer my deepest condolence to all victims.

 

 

バングラデシュにやってきて１か月が経ちました。

日本は暦の上でも冬に入り、日々寒くなってきていると伺っております。一方、ここではある意味日々熱を帯びてきております。

イード休み(イスラム教のお祭り、日本でいうところの正月のような祝い様)後、野党連合による60時間ゼネスト(現地の呼び方でハルタル)が2回実行されています。ハルタル中、邦人は自宅待機となっており、インターネットのニュースを介して事態を見守っています。警官隊との衝突、車両への放火、火炎瓶、手榴弾まで。報道によると、政府発表では一連のハルタルで少なくとも20名が死亡したとのことです。このような活動の後に誰もが解決に向かわないことは知っています。

 

ことわざにある“因果応報”私たちは再度自身の行動を考えないといけません。
